What this is
Partner Intelligence is an independent analytics platform for the ServiceNow partner ecosystem. We track every partner in the ServiceNow ecosystem using publicly available information — tiers, certifications, Product Line Achievements, Validated Practices, and CSAT — and turn it into rankings, comparisons, benchmarking, and a tier-change feed that ServiceNow itself does not publish.

Why it exists
Before Partner Intelligence, there was no neutral, longitudinal, program-aware view of the ServiceNow channel. Public sources show a snapshot of today; analysts publish opinions on a handful of large firms; everyone else flies blind. We built the missing layer: continuous history on every partner, so tier movements, certification growth, and capability changes across the whole ecosystem become visible and comparable over time.
