How ServiceNow Partner Tiers Work

What determines a partner's tier level

ServiceNow assigns tier levels based on a partner's overall program participation, revenue contribution, certified workforce, customer satisfaction scores, and product line achievements. Tiers are evaluated periodically and can change as partners grow or contract their ServiceNow practice.

The Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, and Service Provider programs share the same tier names — Registered, Specialist, Premier, Elite, and Global Elite — but each evaluates partners based on program-specific criteria. The Build program uses its own tiers — Registered, Platform, Advanced Platform, Strategic Platform, and Global Elite — reflecting a partner's investment in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Higher tiers unlock additional program benefits including enhanced visibility on the ServiceNow Partner Finder, eligibility for co-sell opportunities, access to the Strategic Investment Fund, and participation in early access programs for new ServiceNow products.
