How ServiceNow Partner Tiers Work

What determines a partner's tier level

ServiceNow assigns tier levels based on a partner's overall program participation, revenue contribution, certified workforce, customer satisfaction scores, and product line achievements. Tiers are evaluated periodically and can change as partners grow or contract their ServiceNow practice.

All four programs — Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, Service Provider, and Build — share the same unified tier ladder: Registered, Select, Premier, Elite, and Global Elite. Each program evaluates partners based on program-specific criteria, but the tier names are now consistent across the ecosystem following ServiceNow's April 2026 partner program realignment.

Higher tiers unlock additional program benefits including enhanced visibility on the ServiceNow Partner Finder, eligibility for co-sell opportunities, access to the Strategic Investment Fund, and participation in early access programs for new ServiceNow products.
