1. Who we are

Partner Intelligence (www.partnerintelligence.now) is operated by Semaphore Partners. This policy describes what personal information we collect and how we use it.

2. What we collect

Account information. When you sign in via Google, LinkedIn, or an email magic link, we receive your name, email address, and (for OAuth providers) a profile image. We use this to create and secure your account.
Usage analytics. We use PostHog and Google Tag Manager to understand how the Service is used (pages viewed, features used, approximate location from IP, device/browser information).
Cookies. We use cookies for authentication sessions and analytics. The cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential analytics cookies.
Feature data. Watchlists, widget configurations, and similar feature state you create are stored against your account.

3. Partner data on this site

The partner profiles displayed on the Service describe companies, not private individuals, and are aggregated from ServiceNow's public Partner Finder. See our Methodology for details.

4. How we use information

to provide, secure, and improve the Service;
to authenticate you and maintain your session;
to understand aggregate usage and prioritize features;
to communicate with you about your account when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the Service: Vercel (hosting), MongoDB Atlas (database), PostHog (analytics), Google (analytics/tag management and OAuth), LinkedIn (OAuth), and Resend (transactional email for magic links).

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Analytics data is retained per our analytics providers' standard retention settings. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via the contact below.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
