1. Who we are

Partner Intelligence (“the Service”), available at www.partnerintelligence.now, is operated by Semaphore Partners (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides analytics, rankings, comparisons, and historical tracking of the ServiceNow partner ecosystem, derived from publicly available information. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or business advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of applicable law;
• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the Service by automated means without our prior written permission;
• resell, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of the Service's data without attribution and permission;
• interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or circumvent access controls;
• misrepresent the Service or its data as an official ServiceNow product.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account (sign-in via Google, LinkedIn, or email). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data accuracy; no warranty

Partner data is aggregated from publicly available sources and is updated daily; each partner profile shows its last-synced date. While we strive for accuracy, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify critical details directly with ServiceNow or the relevant partner organization. See our Methodology for how data is collected and its known limitations.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

ServiceNow and the ServiceNow logo are registered trademarks of ServiceNow, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ServiceNow, Inc. We do not claim ownership of any data, metrics, or proprietary information belonging to ServiceNow, Inc. or its partner organizations; all such data remains the property of its respective owners. The Service's original analyses, presentation, and software are the property of Semaphore Partners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Semaphore Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
